Courage is defined as the: mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty. It is the ability to do something that frightens us.
Without fear, there is no need for courage. In fact, fear is the birthplace of courage. Therefore, in order to have courage to do something that scares us, we need to develop a relationship with fear.
Fear is an important emotion, it keeps us safe. However, we can use fear in unhealthy ways and get stuck in a fear cycle. Understanding fear, what emotions it ripples out into, what our belief systems are in relation to fear and how we use this emotion on a daily basis is fundamental to developing courage and a high EQ.
ElementQ is passionate about empowering individuals with this information and teaching tools to support this process. Join us for our upcoming virtual workshop on Fear and Courage where we will:
Support you in developing a relationship with fear, understanding how you use the emotion on a daily basis, what emotions it ripples out into.
Teach you how to choose courage.
Support you in using courage for love, joy, peace and happiness.
