Courage is defined as the: mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty. It is the ability to do something that frightens us.

Without fear, there is no need for courage. In fact, fear is the birthplace of courage. Therefore, in order to have courage to do something that scares us, we need to develop a relationship with fear.
